Delete My Account
Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover it. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Loyola Alumni again.
To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data from Loyola Alumni, please email us with:
The email address associated with your account
Confirmation that you understand this is irreversible
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
• Your account will be deactivated and inaccessible
• Your profile will be hidden from all users
• You'll be logged out from all devices
• You'll stop receiving all communications
What Gets Deleted
• Your profile information (name, photo, bio, graduation year)
• Contact details (email, phone, social media links)
• All posts, comments, and reactions you've created
• Private messages you've sent (from your side)
• Your connections and follower relationships
• Device identifiers and analytics data linked to you
• Authentication tokens and session data
• Preferences and settings
What Is NOT Deleted
• Messages you sent to others (remain in their inbox)
• Posts/comments others have quoted or responded to
• Aggregated and anonymized analytics data
• Records required for legal compliance (kept separately)
• Transaction logs for security and fraud prevention
Processing Timeline
Account deactivated upon request confirmation
Personal data deleted from active systems
Data removed from all backups and archives
Delete Specific Data Only
If you wish to keep your account but remove specific personal data, you can request selective deletion. Your account will remain active but with limited information.

• Profile photo
• About/bio section
• Professional information
• Social media links
• Previous posts and comments
• Location information
Data That Must Remain
• Basic account information (name, email for login)
• Graduation year (for alumni verification)
• Account security settings
